Ⅶ.Additional charges

1. Remote area service charge applies as RMB 3 Yuan/ kg, with minimum charge of RMB 180 Yuan/shipment . And this charge applies to exported freight-prepaid packages sent to remote area from China and imported freight-collect packages sent to China from remote area.

Ⅸ.Related duties:

Duties incurred in the destination country shall subject to the actual customs clearance charge(generally duties for goods with high declaration value will be relatively high, however, if the declared value is much lower than the actual value, relatively high duties will be incurred, too);
Generally, the duties and customs clearance charges incurred in the destination country shall be paid by the recipient, however, if the duties and customs clearance charges have already been incurred while the recipient refuse to pay such charges within the handling time prescribed by China UPS, such charges will be forcibly changed to be paid by the sender, and our company will mandatorily collect related charges from the sender according to the e-mail of China UPS customer services.

Ⅹ. Loss claims:

Compensation standard: upon verification, UPS will make maximum compensation by providing free shipping (handling charge will not be refunded) and indemnifying an amount equals to the declaration value of the parcel, with the maximum amount of 100 USD, for partial damage or loss, compensation will be provided according to the percentage of the actual damaged or lost part in the total parcel, and the maximum amount will be USD100.

ⅩⅠ. Return process

A. The parcel is forcibly returned by UPS or China Customs within China:

1. The parcel fails to pass the customs inspection or the customs deem that the items in the parcel is not appropriate for export;

2. The parcel fails to pass the airport security as there’re items prohibited or restricted for sending in the parcel and the sender fails to provide related supporting documents;
For return caused by the above reasons, the exact reason of return can be made available to customers through the official customer service phone query of UPS, and the package will be returned to the parcel processing center of Flytexpress in 1 to 2business days, after return, customer services of Flytexpress will refund freight to customer but the processing fees shall not be refunded; for the prohibited items sent by customer, Flytexpress will handle appropriately according to the actual situation

The parcel has been out of China and been forcibly returned for the following reasons:

1. The parcel fails to pass the customs inspection of the destination country or is forcibly returned by the local customs due to the items contained in the parcel;

2.The parcel is forcibly returned by the local UPS or customs as the recipient or the sender fails to provide assistance in handling the parcel within the period of time prescribed by UPS;

C. The parcel is forcibly returned by the local UPS or customs due to other causes of the parcel or the recipient;

In the event that the parcel is returned for the above reasons, UPS shall not refund the freight, instead, it will collect related refund charges according to the shipping method used in return, the final charges of return shall subject to the UPS bill.

D. Other notes for return to China

1. Import duties and value-added tax may be imposed on the parcels returned to China; China UPS will pay in advance for such tax if the amount less than RMB20000, and collect cash or check from customers when delivering the parcel.

ⅩⅡ.Prohibited items

A. Items may jeopardize aviation safety:

1. Explosive items: fireworks, firecrackers, arms, ammunitions, flares, warning flares etc.

2. Compressed gas: butagas lighter fuel, diving oxygen bottles, camping gas lamps, butagas, fire extinguishers etc.

3. Flammable liquid: lighters, liquid fuel of lighters, paints and oil, glue, flammable perfume etc.

4. Flammable items: matches, charcoal etc.

5. Oxidizing substance: chemical agents, peroxides, bleaching powders etc. needed for oxygen generator;

6. Toxic substance, radioactive substances, infectious substances: pesticides, insecticides, agricultural chemical agents, mercurials, bacteria etc

7. Corrosive substances: wet cells, mercury, hydrochloric acid etc;

8. Other contraband dangerous items: magnetic substances, engines, dry ice, lithium cells (and products with lithium cells), sprayers, nail polish, aqualungs etc.
